Nowhere else in the world does Chardonnay respond to the terroir as in Chablis. A fine example, quintessential Chablis, with a wonderful balance between the vibrant, citrus fruit and the characteristic salty minerality. Crisp, dry and elegantly textured on the palate with a fine, lingering finish.

The 45 year old vines are cordon trained and grown in chalky- limestone and heavy clay soils. A well balanced and elegant wine with fresh yellow plum flavours and spicy notes that carry through to an invigorating mineral palate and buttery finish.

Aromas of lime, slate, chalk and fresh citrus fruits leap out of the glass atop a concentrated, citrus and pineapple fruit on the palate. Layers of mineral and citrus on the finish with racy acidity.
Saint-Aubin Blanc 1er Cru, Dom Gérard Thomas et Filles, 2013 (13%)£52.50
This wine is deliciously complex, showing a fine bouquet of hazelnut, toast and honey developing into hues of lime and quince with a few years of bottle age. It has a plump, full bodied mouth with remarkable persistency. Enjoy with chicken or partridge.

The estate is very much a family business, run in a traditional spirit, but with the latest winemaking technology. Characteristic flinty nose and palate opening out to show floral and dried fruit scents with notes of kiwi, melon and rhubarb. Good weight, full bodied with balanced acidity through to a dry and citrus zesty finish.
Sancerre Blanc, Domaine Gerard Millet, 2015 (13.5%)£38.95
The appellation of Sancerre is part of the "central vineyards" of the Loire Valley, with almost all of the appellation situated on the left bank of the Loire River, opposite Pouilly Fumé .Vibrant Sauvignon notes of grapefruit and lemon with good weight and a clean crisp finish.

A fantastic example of the new style Languedoc wines, from a key area for the cultivation of oysters and mussels. The vineyard enjoys a Mediterranean climate which enables perfect ripening. Brilliant, pale yellow tint with green hues; very fresh nose, delicate and floral, with a lively and fresh attack of lemon, finishing on a mineral and salty note.
Condrieu Guigal, Rhône Valley 2010/2011 (13.5%)£72.50
Made from grapes sourced from the finest vineyard sites around the village of Fuissé, this wine undergoes a traditional vinification with half the wine fermented in large oak ‘fûtes’, or barrels, giving the wine it’s classic, toasty finish. This finish is balanced by tropical pineapple flavours and crisp acidity.

The winery and vineyards cover 70 hectares in the beautiful Uco Valley near Tupungato, one of the best sub-regions of Mendoza. By night you can often see the moon illuminating the magnificent Andes Mountains nearby and the winery has been named after this stunning scene. At an altitude of 1,300 metres these vineyards produce some of the best fruit in Argentina. A refreshing, unoaked Chardonnay showing lime, white peach and green apple characters. The palate is soft and fresh with an intense flavour and a lively finish.
